Electronic Units Overhaul or Exchange and Equipment Usage Period Extension at special introductory conditions

The ISAP Compact Electronic Units version 5.53 allow a faster advanced data transfer, a longterm 24h-monitoring with two Inlet&Pipe Sets (see Second Inlet&Pipe Sets and Inlet Upgrade Campaign below), and advanced evaluation features supported by the new Comfort Control Software ISAP Aero 5.53 (sustainable). The modular on-site exchange can be executed easily by the ISAP 4 Screws - 5 Minutes Principle. With the Overhaul the former operation notebook with default OS can be used as before.

This exchange is available for all Electronic Units with year of manufacturing from 2007.

For a usage period extension for further five (5) years legal usage, the campaign also includes the discounted re-calibration of the flow rate controller, the meteorological stations and sensors, and of the impactor inlet stages as well as the exchange of overaged components.

Second Inlet&Pipe Sets and Inlet Upgrade Campaign

Second inlet&pipe sets and upgrades of loss-minimized precision PM inlets at special campaign conditions

To enable gapless 24 h monitoring sampling projects with a comfortable sampling workflow with a contamination and loss-less exchange of the sampling foils and backup filters in laboratory, we offer Customers with ISAP 1050e and PM precision inlets manufactured from second half-year 2014 a second identical PM Inlet&Pipe Set for special campaign conditions.

Further scientific publications point to the special heath-relevance of the ≤PM1 fractions. Consequently, we offer our Customers with ISAP 1050e and PM10.0 or PM10.0&PM2.50 precision inlets with year of manufacturing from 2007 upgrades to the three-stage precision inlets PM10.0&PM2.50&PM1.00. The modular upgrade can be easily done by the Equipment Operator on-site by the exchange of some single parts.

Basic device with electronic, firmware and Operations Software versions 5.53, high power pump modules and two NEW three-stage precision cascade impactor Inlet&Pipe Sets PM10.0/2.5/1.0-2.30 with a flow rate of 2.30 m³/h.
The two Inlet&Pipe Sets allow a comfortable and contamination-free workflow on changing the sampling foils and backup filters. Furthermore, an automated monthly 24 hours monitoring is possible by timely change of the two Inlet&Pipe Sets, done within seconds supported by the quick-coupling mounting.
With the optional modular meteorology station and combined sensor packages, wind-depending samplings and most accurate comparisons of the mass concentrations from different sampling sites or sampling times are given by default.
